A - BUST
Wearing a well fitting bra wrap your measuring tape around your back and around the fullest part of your breasts. Keeping light pressure and the tape should remain parallel to the floor.
B - BAND
Wrap your measuring tape around your back and under the breasts where the breasts meet the chest wall. Keeping light pressure and the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
C - WAIST
Looking in the mirror, you will see where your sides dip in slightly (usually in line with the belly button). Wrap your tape measure around your back to the front. Keeping the tape parallel to the floor and light pressure.
D-HIPS
Wrap your tape around your the fullest part of your buttocks/hips and around the front. Keeping light pressure and tape parallel to the floor.
E- TORSO LENGTH
Standing up straight! Hold the end of your tape measure between your breasts (you will feel an upside down "V" on your rib cage. Hold the end of the tape there and bring down to where your crutch begins. Then add 1 inch to the measurement.
